Fall 2022 Season Competition Modifications
We are planning a full-length season for the fall (with playoffs, if needed) and will be following state and local COVID-19 guidelines for schools and recreational sports activities. This entails the following modifications to the standard set of league rules for Fall 2022:
Competition may be held either indoors or outdoors.
For athletes, coaches, or other spectators at competitions or practices, face coverings are recommended, but no longer required for indoor activities.
When on the sidelines or not actively playing, 6 foot distance should be maintained when possible between people at the event.
Anyone with COVID symptoms (fever, cough, etc.) or who is in isolation/quarantine while recovering from a COVID infection should not participate in practice or competition. Temperature or wellness checks before each activity are encouraged where possible.
All participants should wash or sanitize their hands (using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer) before and after competition or practice.
In the event that state or local restrictions change over the course of the season, we may update the league rules or competition format accordingly.
